French auto brand Peugeot has introduced a limited edition of small scooters Speedfight 4 to the European market.

The Limited Edition is presented in two versions - the first is called Pure, and the second is Total Sport.

The devices are intended primarily for the UK market, but they can also reach the markets of other European countries.

The UK price of the Peugeot Speedfight 4 Pure, like the Total Sport, is set at £2,200 (€2,605), £150 (€177) less than the Speedfight 4 LC.

Both new variants of the little French scooter are based on the current generation of the popular Speedfight and feature different take on design features and options.

When creating Total Sport, the authors were inspired by the Peugeot car from the 2008 Dakar rally.

This scooter has an aggressive look that is accentuated by a racing livery, as well as highlighted air ducts, a spoiler, aluminum footpegs and LED indicators.

The Pure version, on the other hand, is offered in Ice White with original-coloured rims, matching air vents and optic surrounds – a near-perfect choice for the fair sex.

Both units are powered by a 50 cc air-cooled two-stroke engine with 4.8 hp.

The maximum torque is 4.6 Nm.

The list of standard equipment includes 13-inch wheels, a 215 mm Shuricane front brake with four-piston radial calipers, a 32 mm reverse fork, USB and 12V sockets, and a smartphone holder.

The standard version of the fourth generation Peugeot Speedfight scooter comes in a more classic color scheme that covers mainly the front body kit and fender.

The scooter is offered in three basic colors - Fluo Apple, Flat 6 Red and Bleu France.

Engine options are also three. All are 50 cc.

The first is a four-stroke, available only in the air-cooled version.

The second is a two-stroke, available in both air-cooled and liquid-cooled.

The new DellOrto carburetor increases the machine's performance by 10% - from 4.2 to 4.6 Nm.

In the liquid-cooled version, there is an even stronger increase in torque - from 4.8 to 5.5 Nm.
