The California-based company has unveiled an aerospace-inspired lightweight urban electric motorcycle.

The Ryvid Anthem is equipped with a 4. 3 kWh quick-release lithium-ion battery that provides the e-bike with a range of up to 120 km in basic mode and up to 80 km in sport mode.

Torque is transmitted to the rear wheel by a belt, completely hidden under the casing.

The maximum speed of this compact urban vehicle is quite acceptable: 120 km/h.

A full charge from a 220V household outlet will take about three hours.

The Ryvid Anthem's ultra-light chassis is made from aluminium, keeping the bike's weight as low as 110kg.

The frame is a monocoque, while the creators of the motorcycle thought out an adjustment system that allows you to customize the ergonomics of the device for yourself.

The rider can not only adjust the front and rear suspension, but also adjust the seat height in the range from 75 to 85 cm and select the angle of the steering column.

Production of the Ryvid Anthem is scheduled for summer 2023.

The Anthem will retail for $7, 800, with Ryvid offering a lifetime frame warranty and a two-year electronics warranty in addition to the standard one-year motorcycle warranty.

The first batch will be a relatively small 1, 000 units, and the bike will be available for pre-order starting August 14, when bookings open on the Ryvid website.
