Above on the page there are several PDF Manuals & Electric Wiring Diagrams for ZERO Electric Motorcycles.
The base model SR will appear in the Zero motorcycle lineup.
The motorcycle will be equipped with a 14.4 kWh battery and a Z-Force 75-10 engine, but the torque will be reduced from 190 Nm to 165 Nm, maximum power from 110 to 74 hp, and peak speed will drop to 165 km/h .
The base Zero SR will start at $17,995.
The electric motor develops a maximum power of 110 hp. and can accelerate the motorcycle to 200 km / h.
In the near future there will be a version with the same dynamic performance, but with a 15.6 kWh battery and a power reserve of 250-270 km in the city or 125-135 km on the highway.
What's more, the premium version will get a built-in 6 kW charger that allows you to fully charge the battery in 2 hours and 40 minutes, while charging with a standard 3-kilowatt charger takes 4.5 hours.
The Cypher III + operating system will allow users of electric bikes to "unlock" additional features.
For example, using all 17.3 kWh of capacity on flagship models, thanks to which the motorcycle will be able to cover a distance of 300 km in urban conditions and 150 km on the highway.
You can increase the total battery capacity to 20.9 kWh by adding a Zero Power Tank, and the power reserve will become completely prohibitive: up to 365 km in the city and 180 km on the highway.
But that's not all: users will be able to upgrade the 6-kilowatt charger to 7 kW, which will fully charge the battery in 2 hours and 25 minutes.
The idea, you see, is amusing: when going on a long journey, activate a subscription for a larger battery capacity or, for example, double the charging speed.
In addition to increasing the range and faster charging, among the "soft" upgrades, there is the possibility of activating heated steering wheel grips and navigation.
